Hi, I'm Heather (she/her/hers); I'm glad you found me!
I'm a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Washington and California, and I provide strength-based adult individual therapy via telehealth. Currently, I serve adult clients 21 years old or older who reside in Washington State.
I'm not a fan of stuffy offices full of clinical jargon or cliché therapy lines. I aim to be authentic, approachable, and collaborative in my work. Swear words, laughter, and tears are all welcome in the room, as is chocolate, for that matter.
