Currently, I  see adults in Washington state who are 21 years old and older via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

My specialties include neurodivergence (ADHD, learning differences etc.), eco and social-political distress/anxiety or grief, those who work in the education field, stress, and those navigating new landscapes and transitions in life.

*I am currently accepting Private pay, Aetna, Kaiser, First Choice, United Health, Premera, and Regence.

I do not offer therapy for court-mandated individuals requiring disclosure of sessions to external entities such as the Department of Justice, Department of Corrections, Child Protective Services, etc. In addition, I do not offer case management services as they pertain to the documentation of disability/SSI/SSDI, unemployment, worker's compensation, custody, adoption, car accidents, L&I, or any other type of legal issues.

I do not have on-call coverage for crisis response.
